Chef Tora Olsson - October 2019

Chef Tora Olsson a Swedish food artist with a bachelor degree in gastronomy and a master degree in food and meal science. Her food creations are plant-based, ie vegan, and challenges the vegan cuisine by creating beautiful, tasty and entertaining dishes that cannot be called for salads. Her aim is to normalize and show that plant-based food is for everyone to enjoy

Chef Hiro Nakamura – April 2019

Hiro Nakamura was born in Kushiro, Hokkaido as a son of famous Sushi chef in Hokkaido. He opened his own Japanese restaurant called Brasserie Naka Naka in Kushiro, Hokkaido in 2009. Chef Hiroaki Nakamura visits Amilla Fushi once again this Easter Season, to bring his expertise in creating exquisite Japanese cuisine for our guests with culinary surprises and exciting new food concepts.
During his visit, Chef served sensational Omakase tasting menus at the resort’s award-winning signature overwater restaurant - Feeling Koi.
