Guest Arrival Procedure

Since the very start of the pandemic, we’ve been swift to adjust our hospitality to protect guests and staff. We remain dynamic in our response as the situation continues to unfold. Our arrival procedures are simple. Read on for more information.

MANAGING COVID-19

Relax knowing your health and wellbeing is our utmost concern. Guests arriving at Amilla fill in a Health Declaration Form, and their temperature is taken with a no-touch thermometer. PCR tests are also available at cost price for those who need them for their departure. Additionally, all team members returning to Amilla are tested and random sampling of 50 team members per week; focusing on key team members in the Kids’ Club, F&B and those with direct guest contact.

OUR ENHANCED HYGIENE STANDARDS

We continue to live by Amilla’s caring and socially responsible values. As such, we have enhanced our already-high standards of hygiene by developing new protocols and appointing a Safety Manager. Our protocols reflect guidance from the Maldives Government, World Health Organization and other international public health authorities.
