Master Sifu Aniket is a highly accomplished maestro in the field of energy healing, meditation, and martial arts.

Drawing from the rich tradition of the Himalayas, he is an international yoga teacher with certifications as a crystal-reiki master, sound healer, hypnotherapist, and holds black belts in Hapkido, Taekwondo, and Kung Fu, earning him a gold medal. His multifaceted expertise creates a unique and enriching experience for those seeking holistic well-being.

Originally from the Himalayas, Shyam has deep roots in Ayurveda, Yoga, and Sound Healing, passed down through generations. Trained by his grandfather in Himalayan sound healing, he holds diplomas in Ayurveda Panchakarma, Yoga, Massage, and Reflexology, and certifications in Acupuncture and Oncology Massage. With over 16 years of experience, Shyam offers a unique blend of Eastern and Western healing techniques, tailored to individual needs, across luxury hotels and wellness centers in Nepal, Dubai, and the Maldives.

Claire is a women’s Health & Nutrition Coach, specializing in perimenopause and menopause, passionate about what she does and championing the right for every woman to have access to menopause support.
