MALDIVES VILLA OWNERSHIP

From the private entrance

A walkway leads across the courtyard garden to the entrance to a spacious living area. Floor to ceiling windows offer superb beach views. Adjacent to the living area is the open-plan kitchen which opens out onto an al fresco ding terrace. The swimming pool and sundeck are merely metres away. A bedroom with ensuite bathroom  and an additional bathroom completes the ground floor setup.

The grand staircase leads to the first floor of this L-shaped property. Fanning out from a central study area are the bedrooms: An enormous master suite and two guest suites plus a mezzanine lounge.

LAND LEASE AND PURCHASE AGREEMENTS

Residence ownership is structured upon a sublease basis and lasts for the duration of the lease of Amilla Fushi between Coastline Group of Hotels and the Maldivian Government.

At Amilla the remainder of the Government lease stands at 46 years, with an available extension of extra 50 years.

All owners are provided a ‘strata title’ deed which provides evidence of ownership.
