Residence ownership is structured upon a sublease basis and lasts for the duration of the lease of Amilla Fushi between Coastline Group of Hotels and the Maldivian Government.
At Amilla the remainder of the Government lease stands at 46 years, with an available extension of extra 50 years.
All owners are provided a ‘strata title’ deed which provides evidence of ownership.
Our Residence Rental Programme allows you to earn a passive income on your property while you’re away.
