Maldives Villa Ownership

At the heart of this contemporary two-storey Residence is a huge living room with views of the beach and ocean. To one side is an open-plan glass-sided kitchen, to the other, a bar. Behind is a guest bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers, and a single ensuite bedroom. On the beachfront, a pair of 11-metre pools sweep between two raised sun decks, overlooking clusters of garden seating and two large dining terraces, connected by a wall of glass doors to the kitchens.

On the second level, a huge open-sided lounge connects the bedroom wings. Each wing has its own staircase leading to a central study area, off which is an enormous sea-view master suite and, to the rear, two ensuite guest bedrooms.

Land Lease and Purchase Agreements

Residence ownership is structured upon a sublease basis and lasts for the duration of the lease of Amilla Maldives Resort and Residences between Coastline Group of Hotels and the Maldivian Government.

At Amilla the remainder of the Government lease stands at 46 years, with an available extension of extra 50 years.

All owners are provided a ‘strata title’ deed which provides evidence of ownership.




Our Residence Rental Programme is tailored to your lifestyle.

For the Rental Programme, we ensure that we are working on a fair room allocation, kindly provide us with a schedule of when you would like your Residence to be made available for your exclusive use over the next calendar year.

The Residential Rental Programme is a compulsory part of our ownership terms. It allows you to enjoy your Private Residence on holiday combined with Rental Income and capital gains will make it a worthwhile life investment.
