Amilla Maldives Resort and Residences has launched a revolutionary new scheme – for the first time, we’re offering members of the public the opportunity to purchase one of our stunning beachfront Residences. While a handful of resorts here offer villas for sale, Amilla’s unique programme is the most innovative and affordable resort villa ownership scheme in the Maldives.
Our stunning beachfront Residences are scattered along the shoreline at our resort, complete with a private beach, private gardens, private pools, dining terraces, and breath-taking ocean vistas. Nestled in Baa Atoll, Amilla Maldives is just a scenic 30-minute flight by seaplane or domestic flight from Velana International Airport. Baa Atoll UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve is an area renowned for its beauty and biodiversity.
Our Residences are the highest category of accommodation on the island. The Amilla Residence Ownership Programme
Most resorts charge tens of thousands of dollars in leaseholder fees under their ownership programmes. However, our fees are low and under our amazing new Residence ownership programme, you can even generate a passive income from your residence while you aren’t here.
Amilla only takes a tiny percentage of the revenue (10%) to cover utilities and Residence management. The remaining revenue is transparently cut 50/50 between you and Amilla. You can even choose to keep the net revenue in-resort to use as credit for holiday treats such as Amilla’s excursions, spa treatments, water-sports, and even food and drink at Amilla’s world-class restaurants.
Ownership is granted upon a sublease basis and lasts for the duration of the lease between the owners of Amilla Fushi and the Maldives Government. The current lease has 46 years remaining, with an option to extend for another 50 years.
